1. How long does it take for my parcel to reach me?
All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days (excluding holidays and weekends). Typically, delivery takes 1-3 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 7-10 working days for East Malaysia. Please keep these timeframes in mind as you anticipate the arrival of your package.
2. How do I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is packed. Please make sure to check your inbox. If you are unable to locate it, kindly check your Junk Mail folder.
3. What is the shipping cost?
West Malaysia Shipping Cost (based on weight):

4. Can I make changes to my shipping address once the order is placed?
As long as the order hasn't been shipped yet, simply reach out to our customer support via WhatsApp at +60166660918, providing your Order ID as soon as possible. We'll do our best to assist you. Please keep in mind that there is a processing time for customer service, so contact us promptly if you need to change the address details.
