Campaign Period

The JOM SPEND & WIN BERSAMA campaign runs from 16 February 2026 to 31 March 2026, inclusive.

Eligibility

This campaign is open to all customers who make a qualifying purchase from Case Valker during the campaign period.

How to Participate

• Customers who purchase any Case Valker luggage in a single transaction during the campaign period will be entitled to one (1) entry.
• Multiple transactions are treated as separate entries, provided each transaction includes at least one luggage item.

Entry Validation

• Only completed and paid orders are eligible.
• Cancelled, refunded, or returned orders will be disqualified and entries will be forfeited.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the campaign ends.
• The decision made by Case Valker is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Winner Announcement & Verification

• Winners will be announced via Case Valker’s official channels.
• Winners may be required to present proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or invoice) for verification purposes.

Prizes

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable for cash or other items, unless otherwise stated by Case Valker.

Disqualification

Case Valker reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the campaign process or providing false or misleading information.

Amendments

Case Valker reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this campaign or its Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

General

By participating in this campaign, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
