Terms & Conditions: Case Valker 2026 August Merdeka Sale Campaign

1. General

  • Promotion is valid at all participating Case Valker retail stores unless otherwise stated.
  • Promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 31 August 2026, unless specified.
  • Promotions are subject to product availability and while stocks last.
  • Case Valker reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
  • Discounts and promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Merdeka Sale - FREE Canvas Bag

  • Customers who purchase any luggage during the promotion period will receive ONE (1) FREE Canvas Bag.
  • Applicable to all luggage models.
  • Free gift is while stocks last.
  • Limited to one (1) canvas bag per luggage purchased.
  • This promotion may be combined with eligible discount promotions unless otherwise stated.

3. Monthly Exclusive – EVE2 Powder Blue 20"

  • EVE2 Powder Blue 20" is available at the promotional price of RM149.
  • Promotion is valid while stocks last.
  • Limited to a maximum of three (3) luggage units per customer.
  • This promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or rebates.
  • This promotion is valid for EVE2 20" in Powder Blue only. Colour exchange is not permitted. 

4. Buy More, Save More

Customers who purchase luggage in a single receipt are entitled to:

  • Buy 1 luggage – 10% OFF
  • Buy 2 luggage – 15% OFF
  • Buy 3 luggage – 20% OFF

Additional Terms:

  • Discount applies only to luggage purchases.
  • Applicable to regular-priced and selected promotional luggage unless otherwise stated.
  • All luggage must be purchased in a single transaction.

5. Merdeka Baby Campaign (28–31 August 2026)

  • Promotion Period:
  • 28 August 2026 – 31 August 2026
  • Customers whose MyKad / IC last digit contains any ONE of the following numbers:
     8, 3, 1, 6 or 9
  • will enjoy:
  • RM69 rebate on each eligible luggage purchased.
  • Maximum three (3) luggage units per customer.
  • Valid identification must be presented during purchase.
  • Promotion is not stackable with any other discounts, promotions, vouchers, or offers.
  • Rebate applies only to eligible luggage purchased during the campaign

6. Reservation of Rights

  • Case Valker Management reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate any promotion and/or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of any dispute, the decision of Case Valker Management shall be final and binding.
  • No correspondence or appeals will be entertained regarding the final decision.
